- R-19 batt insulation along the rim joist band (110 lf)
- AprilAire dehumidifier with condensation pump and discharge line
- New circuit breaker, GFCI outlet with light, and wiring for the dehumidifier and crawlspace lighting
- Electrical permit included
- Two PVC board crawlspace access doors
- All crawlspace vents sealed with foam and wire mesh

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing.
Structural excluded: joist repairs, beam replacement, subfloor sheet replacement,
engineering, foundation modifications.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working on the crawlspace.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.

· Deposit to Schedule: $4,963.95
